Bamboo Shades Offer A Unique Style

Bamboo shades are a great idea for a home decorating project. Because they are made from natural materials, each shade is unique. Bamboo window shades come in a variety of styles including roman and roll up designs and are woven from jute, rattan, sea grasses and reeds.

For an outside mount shade, measure the exact width and length that is to be covered. A bamboo woven shade should cover the opening by at least 2 inches on the sides and top and be long enough to cover the sill. With an auto locking cord mechanism, the height of the shades can be easily adjusted.
